Covid-19 – A message from our General Manager, Toni van der Kreek
At CORE Australia, we have been closely monitoring the developments regarding COVID-19, we would like to make you aware of the measures we have put in place to ensure the health of our staff, our customers and the continuity of our business operations.
As a tech company, every CORE staff member already has the means to work remotely – the majority of our staff are now doing this.
The way we support our customers will not change and we can be contacted as normal via email, telephone, web chats, and online ticketing service. CORE staff will continue to have the means to connect with client sites in the normal manner, whenever necessary.
Should you request a site visit, health guidelines may dictate that this would instead have to be carried out using a video/screen sharing call. Likewise, if you would prefer not to have external visitors, we can work around these arrangements.
Your co-operation and understanding is appreciated during this time. Despite the uncertainly of COVID-19, you may be assured we will be doing everything we can to support our employees and our clients, with the least possible interruption to normal service levels.
